Orders and Parts
Are all parts genuine OEM?
Yes. Every part sold on MegaZip is a genuine OEM part sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and dealers. We never sell aftermarket, refurbished, or counterfeit parts.
How do I find the right part for my vehicle?
Use our interactive parts diagrams: select your vehicle make, model, and year, then browse the exploded diagrams to identify your part. You can also search by OEM part number. See our How to Find Your Part guide for details.
Can I order parts for vehicles not listed on the website?
Our catalog covers most Japanese, American, and European manufacturers. If you cannot find your vehicle, contact us at info@megazip.net. We may be able to source the part through our dealer network.
What if I ordered the wrong part?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can modify it. If it has shipped, you can return the part under our Return Policy.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide from our warehouses in Japan, USA, UAE, and Latvia.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Typical estimates: 3-7 business days (USA), 5-10 business days (Europe), 7-14 business days (Asia/Oceania), 10-21 business days (other regions). See our Shipping Information page for full details.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country's customs authority. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment secure?

Returns and Warranty

What warranty do parts have?

What if my part arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and damaged part. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
